As an avid pilot, Jim enjoys flying for business and for personal pleasure. He also enjoys riding his vintage Norton Motorcycle.

Jim spends considerable time as a volunteer at ThedaCare Hospice Residence providing support for patients and their families.

My passion is to help companies ensure that their retirement plan meets the required goals of a business. Plans need to be effective for the participants and economical for the employer. As a leading Third Party Administrator: I know that we can help.

Ken began his career in the group retirement and insurance business in 1994 as a Group and Pension Representative with The Principal Financial Group. In 1999, Ken expanded his experience with a 7 year career as a Senior Regional Pension Consultant with Ohio National Financial Services.

In 2006, Ken joined Coe Administrators, LLC bringing years of expertise and wholesaling experience to the organization. Ken provides consultative services to employers to assist with maximizing retirement savings for owners and employees.

I love this position. Every day is different!, Every employer; big or small, has a different goal. I value the opportunity to work with them to design a plan that meets these goals. As a TPA, we are not confined to providing services with any one funding company. We remain neutral and provide an unbiased position on plan and products.

Ken graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an avid Badger Fan! He enjoys spending time with his family and spends most of his time in a gymnasium watching his two daughters participate in athletic events. In his limited free time; he enjoys fishing, softball and spending time with friends and family.

 

Dawn began her career with Coe Administrators, LLC in 2008. Prior to Coe Administrators,LLC, she worked as an Executive Administrator for a Financial Advisor whose primary focus was in the insurance and retirement plan sector.

Dawn currently maintains a Series 7, 63 and 24 license. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoys motorcycling, antiquing and home renovation projects.

 

Bill is a lifelong resident of Oshkosh. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics.

Bill began his career with Coe Administrators in 2003 and focuses his efforts on detailed reporting and prompt and accurate Administrative Services.

Bill is an avid movie-goer and movie collector. He is also an avid collector of both Star Trek and Star Wars memorabilia.

Susan started with Coe Administrators in 2017.  She has over 25 years of experience in banking, human resources, and customer service fields.  Susan has worked directly with 401(k) and pension plans in her previous position as a benefits administrator.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a degree in Human Resources.

She says, “The favorite part of my job is working directly with our clients.  I have always loved working with people, as that has been the main focus of all my positions throughout my career”. 

Susan enjoys the outdoors especially boating, camping and hiking with family and friends.  She loves to travel, especially to warm weather places during Wisconsin’s cold winters.  Her passion is working with cancer survivors and she volunteers for various organizations throughout the Fox Valley area.   

 

Trudi began her career with Coe Administrators, LLC in 2018.  Prior to joining Coe Administrators, LLC, she worked as a Human Resource Coordinator for over 25 years and her primary focus was payroll processing and the administration of health insurance and 401K plans. 

Her past experience proved very useful in her present role as she has dealt with many clients providing strong customer service and detailed support to each individual. She enjoys working with all of our clients, to assist them with the daily administration of their plans and strives to offer prompt and quality service. Trudi is excited to work with you in the future!

Trudi enjoys spending time with her husband at the cabin in the North woods and boating.  She also loves spending time with her four grandchildren, family, and neighbors, along with gardening and exploring the great outdoors.

Victoria joined Coe Administrators in 2018, bringing with her almost two decades of experience in the financial world.  Her experience with loans, administration, and finance has facilitated detailed management, as well as an ability to explain difficult financial terms and calendars to her clients. Victoria is point person on our Defined Benefit plans, and our new plan on-boarding specialist. 

She is active in her community government on various boards and commissions, and enjoys a deep fellowship with her local church.  She is the mother of five children, and actively training in Tae-Kwon-Do, having achieved her third degree black belt to date.
